Come join the growing team at HRE Behavioral Consultants of Central Florida! HRE Behavioral Consultants of Central Florida is an agency that specializes in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy. We provide clinic and school based services in Highlands and Hardee Counties. •This position will be serving clients at Achieve and shine School in
Hardee Responsibilities:
Follow the prescribed behavioral skills acquisition and behavior reduction protocols and record data for ABA training protocols Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the BCBA Assist BCBA with skill acquisitions and behavior reduction assessments as well as preparing client materials as instructed Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents, caregivers, outside professionals, and co-workers Complete daily progress notes related to implementation of the intervention plan
Requirements:
A minimum of a high school diploma Active Behavior Analysis Provider 39 Medicaid Provider # (PREFERRED) Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Proven ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds Experience with applied settings with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental disability Clear level-two background check Verifiable work references
