Job Description
Job Overview Sunshine Autism Center is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with autism. Our team is dedicated to helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence based behavioral therapy. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities Provide one on one ABA therapy sessions with children diagnosed with autism Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA Collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions Support development of communication, play, and social skills Maintain professional communication with families and clinical supervisors Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred Background in psychology, education, child development, or a related field is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($17-$21 per hour) Paid RBT training available for qualified candidates Ongoing clinical supervision and professional development Supportive and collaborative work environment Sunshine Autism Center provides high quality ABA therapy services and is committed to improving the lives of children and families in the communities we serve.
