The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. While we collaborate closely with our sister school, this is a traditional BCBA role that includes assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and insurance billing. You will have the opportunity to work in a unique setting that blends clinical excellence with meaningful collaboration across educational and therapeutic services.
What You Will Do:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Manage and supervise a thoughtfully sized caseload with an emphasis on quality care and meaningful outcomes Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision to RBTs Partner closely with families, offering guidance and support throughout their journey Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support shared learners Analyze data, monitor progress, and celebrate meaningful achievements Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing Help create a positive, supportive, and nurturing environment where children can flourish
What We Are Looking For:
Active BCBA certification required Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field 2 to 5 years of BCBA experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Compassionate, positive, and team oriented mindset Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
