Job Summary Competitive Pay:

$25 to $28 per Hour | Based on your experience. We are hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA services across West Palm Beach, including the Palm Beach Lakes area, Spencer Lakes, Villages of Palm Beach Lakes, and nearby central West Palm Beach communities. This position is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, patient, and motivated to make a positive impact through direct one-on-one ABA therapy. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping clients build communication skills, improve daily routines, increase independence, and reduce behaviors that may interfere with progress at home and in the community. >> Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Support clients with communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and independence.

Record behavior and skill-acquisition data accurately during each session. Implement behavior support strategies as directed by the supervising BCBA. Communicate updates, progress, and concerns with caregivers and the clinical team. Complete session notes and required documentation in a timely and professional manner. Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing team communication as needed. Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards at all times. >> Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Work Authorization required Reliable transportation required Ability to provide services in home and community-based settings Strong communication skills and attention to detail Reliable, patient, and able to follow clinical guidance consistently Experience with ABA or supporting children with developmental needs is preferred, but not required.
