Our mission is to help every child reach their fullest potential in a supportive and collaborative environment. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Provide caregiver training and support. Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and insurance requirements. Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in client care. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Active Florida licensure (or ability to obtain if required). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Passion for providing high-quality, ethical ABA services.
