As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, and communication to promote independence and skill development Collect accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Implement individualized care plans and ABA therapy protocols under supervision, ensuring consistency and fidelity to treatment goals Engage in direct behavioral therapy, providing positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies tailored to each client's needs Support clients during home-based or school-based sessions, fostering a safe and encouraging environment for growth Maintain detailed medical documentation, behavioral records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to promote cohesive care Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or autism spectrum disorders is highly preferred Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing care plans effectively Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance for client confidentiality Experience with data collection methods related to behavioral health and progress tracking in clinical or home settings Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, team members, and clients in a professional manner Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients' independence goals through patient care and teaching strategies Relevant certifications such as RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire are advantageous Join us in creating a positive impact through compassionate care and evidence-based practices!
