Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at My ABA Family LLC, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging environment for our clients to thrive. With a focus on empowerment and skill-building, you will work closely with our team of board-certified behavior analysts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your contributions will help our clients improve their behavior, advance their skills, and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Conduct ABA therapy sessions, including assessment, data collection, and program implementation Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' treatment plans, goals, and progress Collaborate with our team of professionals to design and implement behavioral interventions Provide ongoing support and training to clients and their families Maintain accurate records and data, including session notes, graphs, and progress reports Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

Requirements:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (in progress or already obtained) High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services) preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
