As a BCBA, you will lead the assessment, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians, support staff, and families to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Conduct intake assessments, patient care planning, and ongoing patient assessment to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications Hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Demonstrate experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and behavioral health practices. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy. Proven ability to perform diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, and develop tailored intervention strategies. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in medical records and documentation. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
