Qualifications & Experience:

Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required Previous experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and support personnel Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and behavioral support to students in a middle school classroom Provide 1:1 support to assigned students as well as small group interventions when needed Document session activities and student progress with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with classroom teachers, behavior analysts, and other support staff to implement behavior intervention plans Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill development and student engagement Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP-related discussions
