Position:
Flexibility :
Start part-time with the opportunity to build into a full-time caseload, or remain part-time—it's up to you! We need staff who can work from 3:00pm-6:30pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays from 3:00pm-5:30pm and Saturdays from 8am-3pm.Work Setting :
Providing impactful services will be Monday- Saturday in our outpatient clinic or in in-home settings , supporting individuals to achieve their goals.Environment :

Training on working with caregivers to maintain consistency in therapy. Natural Environment Teaching (NET) : Implementing ABA strategies in everyday situations. Behavior Management inHome Settings :
Addressing challenging behaviors with function-based interventions.Data Collection & Documentation :
Using tools like ABC data, frequency counts, and progress tracking. 2. Safety & Crisis Management Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) orSafety-Care Training :
Strategies to manage and de-escalate aggressive behaviors.Elopement Prevention & Emergency Procedures :
Handling situations where a client attempts to leave the home or engages in risky behaviors. 3. Professionalism & Ethics Training Maintaining Boundaries inIn-Home Therapy :
Understanding professional conduct in a home setting.Cultural Competency :
Adapting therapy to different family dynamics and backgrounds. 4.Hands-On & Shadowing Experience Supervised Fieldwork :
Working alongside experienced RBTs or BCBAs in-home.Role-Playing & Scenario Training :
Practicing intervention strategies in simulated situations. Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): As an RBT, you will play a key role in delivering life-changing services to individuals and families.Your primary responsibilities include:
Implementing Treatment Plans :
Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy tailored to each client's unique needs.Behavior Intervention :
Deliver evidence-based interventions to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in alignment with client goals.Data Collection :
Accurately collect and record data on client progress during each session to ensure therapy effectiveness.Collaboration :
Communicate regularly with BCBAs, families, and team members to support the client's success and adapt to their evolving needs.Skill Building :
Teach and reinforce critical life skills, communication, social skills, and daily living activities.Maintain Professional Standards :
Follow ethical guidelines and adhere to company policies, ensuring a safe and positive environment for clients and families. Support Clients inVarious Settings :
Provide services in-home, in-clinic, or community settings, depending on the client's treatment plan.Ideal Candidate Traits:
