We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! In this rewarding role, you'll work closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver personalized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily children with developmental disabilities. Your support will play a vital role in helping clients build skills, reach milestones, and enjoy a higher quality of life. What You'll Do:
Bring individualized behavior plans to life under BCBA supervision Track and document client progress through accurate data collection Support the development of customized care plans Coach families on effective behavioral strategies and tools Maintain detailed documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for the best client outcomes Create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment during therapy sessions Participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities
What You Bring:
Knowledge of behavioral health principles and ABA practices An Active RBT certification Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities Ability to educate and empower families Excellent written and verbal communication skills A genuine passion for helping others succeed Why Join us?
