Job Description

We're growing.! We have one opening for the right candidate. $100 Bonus for applicants already certified as an RBT Onsite paid 40 hour training for applicants not already certified. Job Overview Looking for enthusiastic people to share the small and large milestones in children's lives. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary focus will be to support clients in achieving their goals through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Implement individualized care plans designed by the supervising BCBA, focusing on improving social, communication, and daily living skills. Provide direct instruction to clients with autism primarily in the clinic setting. Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors. Collect data in real time on client's learning and behavior. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including medical records and session notes. Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy at all times. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in special education and patient care.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred) Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician is required. Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disorders is preferred. Concientious and detail oriented Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health is advantageous. Familiarity with care plans and experience in special education settings is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate clients and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
