Position Overview:
As a key member of our therapeutic team, the RBT will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement customized behavior intervention plans. This role is essential in providing high-quality, direct ABA therapy to our clients, facilitating their social, communication, and adaptive skill development.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
RBT to implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of experienced BCBAs. RBT to provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) RBT to engage children in activities designed to promote their social, communicative, and life skills. RBT to collect precise data to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. RBT to build meaningful relationships with families, providing them with insights and strategies to support their child's development. RBT to collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment
Ideal Candidate:
RBT certification, with a passion for ABA therapy and a drive to make a difference. Experience working with children diagnosed with autism in various settings. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
