We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with clients, including teens with more intensive support needs as well as younger children in early intervention (ages 2-6), to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. About the Role As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record accurate session data Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals, including with clients who present higher-intensity behaviors Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education Qualifications 40-hour RBT training completed; Active RBT Certification required Experience with high-aggression clients (e.g. teens with severe behaviors) preferred Experience with early intervention (ages 2-6) preferred In-home and clinic experience preferred Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required) What We Offer Competitive pay: $27.00
