Job Description

Heartlinks ABA GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide on-site ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. The RBT will deliver 1:1 sessions in clinic, home, school, or community settings, implementing BCBA-developed treatment plans with compassion and professionalism. Responsibilities include running skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, accurately collecting and recording data, documenting sessions, and collaborating closely with supervising BCBAs and families. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children according to BCBA-developed treatment plans Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs with fidelity Collect and record accurate session data on behaviors and goals Maintain detailed, timely session notes and documentation Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and clinical team members Communicate professionally with caregivers and staff regarding client progress Follow safety, HIPAA, and ethical guidelines at all times Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Behavior data collection and charting Behavior intervention plan implementation Use of reinforcement strategies Session documentation and progress notes Caregiver training support Collaboration with BCBAs and clinical teams Basic crisis prevention and de-escalation HIPAA and client confidentiality compliance
