Job Description

Heartlinks ABA GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide part-time, on-site ABA therapy Monday-Thursday, 3-6 pm in Canton. In this role, you will deliver 1:1 evidence-based behavioral interventions to children with autism and developmental disabilities in clinic, home, school, or community settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment plans, collect detailed data, support behavior reduction and skill building, and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related needs under BCBA supervision Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans with fidelity Collect accurate, real-time data on behaviors and skill development Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation for each session Communicate client progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs Collaborate with families and team members to support treatment goals Follow safety, ethical, and confidentiality standards (e.g., HIPAA, RBT ethics) Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings Support generalization of skills across home, school, and community settings Adhere to a consistent Monday-Thursday 3-6 pm schedule in the Canton area Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Behavior intervention plan implementation Data collection and progress tracking Use of reinforcement strategies Behavioral de-escalation and safety techniques Session planning and preparation Electronic health record or clinical documentation Collaboration with BCBAs and clinical team Parent/caregiver training support
