Job Description

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and/or center-based settings. In this role, you will follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs, implement behavior and skill-building programs, and accurately collect data on client progress. You'll work within a supportive, collaborative, mission-driven team, receive strong clinical supervision, ongoing ABA training, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for professional growth while partnering closely with families to help each child reach their potential. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home or center settings following BCBA-developed treatment plans. Collect accurate session data and document progress in line with clinical standards. Implement behavior intervention strategies, reinforcement systems, and skill-building programs. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to adjust goals and interventions. Maintain clear, professional communication with parents and caregivers about session activities. Follow safety, ethical, and confidentiality standards, including HIPAA requirements. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback to build clinical skills.
