Clinical Director of ABA Services (BCBA) — Clinic-Based | Conyers, GA $105,000-$120,000 + Bonus | Full-Time | W-2 About The ITD Group, LLC The ITD Group is a locally and BCBA-owned ABA therapy clinic serving the Metro Atlanta community since 2014. The Role We're looking for an experienced BCBA to step into a true player-coach role at our Conyers clinic. As Clinical Director of ABA Services, you'll lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs, drive clinical quality, and be a hands-on mentor — without carrying the full weight of clinic operations. An on-site Operations Manager handles scheduling logistics, front office flow, and facility coordination so you can stay focused on clinical excellence and staff development.

Billable expectation:

Minimum 18 hours/week (primarily 97155/97151). This is a leadership role first.

2415 Wall Street, Conyers, GA 30013 | Monday-Friday | No on-call What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership for clinic-based ABA services, ensuring ethical, high-quality care Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs and RBTs through coaching, case consultation, and feedback Oversee treatment plans, FBAs, BIPs, data review, and clinical documentation standards Monitor client progress through data analysis and drive data-informed treatment modifications Collaborate with families and lead caregiver coaching and parent training Ensure compliance with insurance authorizations, BACB ethics standards, and documentation requirements Partner with the Operations Manager on caseloads, coverage, and clinic flow Help build a positive, accountable, and supportive clinic culture

What You Bring Required:

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Active Georgia LBA license (or eligibility to obtain) 3+ years providing ABA services; supervision/leadership experience strongly preferred Strong FBA/BIP skills and experience developing individualized treatment plans Proficiency with ABA data systems (Motivity experience a plus)

Preferred:

Prior experience as a Clinical Supervisor, Assistant Clinical Director, or Clinical Director Clinic-based ABA service delivery background Early intervention or pediatric autism experience Safety Care certification Experience in a transdisciplinary service model Compensation & Benefits $105,000-$120,000 salary (W-2), based on experience Performance-based bonus potential Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan 2 weeks
