Job Description

Heartlinks ABA GA seeks a Spanish Registered Behavior Technician to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities across home, clinic, school, and community settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement behavior and skill acquisition plans, collect accurate data, support functional communication, and follow behavior reduction protocols. You'll collaborate closely with families and a mission-driven clinical team in a compassionate, evidence-based environment that promotes professional growth and meaningful impact. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in Spanish under BCBA supervision in home, clinic, school, or community settings Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans consistently and ethically Collect, record, and report accurate session data and progress notes Support functional communication, social, and daily living skills development Follow behavior reduction strategies and safety protocols Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support treatment goals Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback Maintain professional, compassionate interactions with children and caregivers Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior intervention plan execution Data collection and graphing Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Functional communication training Behavior reduction strategies Session documentation in EMR or data systems Basic Spanish fluency for client interaction Collaboration with BCBAs and clinical team
