ABA, LLC
provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the direct supervision of a BCBA. This Hybrid RBT position combines both center-based and in-home/community-based services, allowing therapists to work in multiple environments while helping children develop meaningful skills across settings. RBTs implement treatment plans, collect data, and support clients in developing functional, social, communication, adaptive living, and behavior management skills. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Why Hybrid? Unlike positions that are limited to a single setting, Hybrid RBTs have the opportunity to: Work in our state-of-the-art clinic environment Support clients in their homes and communities Generalize skills across multiple settings Build stronger relationships with families Experience greater variety throughout the workday Expand clinical experience and professional growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Implement Treatment Plans Carry out behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans developed by the supervising BCBA to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Provide Direct 1:1 ABA Therapy Deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, and community environments. Collect and Record Data Accurately document client progress, behavior data, and treatment outcomes using electronic data collection systems. Collaborate with Families and Clinical Team Maintain professional communication with caregivers and provide feedback to supervising clinicians regarding client progress and barriers to treatment. Utilize Technology Use tablets and web-based software to collect data, review programs, complete session notes, and communicate with the clinical team. Promote a Positive Learning Environment Create a fun, engaging, safe, and structured environment that promotes learning, independence, and dignity for every client. Participate in Professional Development Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and team events while maintaining BACB compliance and RBT certification requirements.
