- Conducting comprehensive assessments and reassessments (including FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, SRS-2, Vineland, Peak, etc.)
- Analyzing data to craft personalized treatment and support plans
- Implementing and regularly updating individualized strategies
- Supervising and training RBTs, fostering a collaborative learning environment
- Engaging in parent training to extend support beyond our clinic
- Maintaining certifications and contributing to team-wide operations and development
- Participating in peer review and interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance service quality
- Requirements for
Consideration:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- At least 1 year of experience in a BCBA role (preferred)
- A commitment to professional ethics following BACB Guidelines
- A team player with a passion for learning and collaboration
