  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and reassessments (including FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, SRS-2, Vineland, Peak, etc.)
  • Analyzing data to craft personalized treatment and support plans
  • Implementing and regularly updating individualized strategies
  • Supervising and training RBTs, fostering a collaborative learning environment
  • Engaging in parent training to extend support beyond our clinic
  • Maintaining certifications and contributing to team-wide operations and development
  • Participating in peer review and interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance service quality
  • Requirements for
Consideration:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a BCBA role (preferred)
  • A commitment to professional ethics following BACB Guidelines
  • A team player with a passion for learning and collaboration
