About Us We are a small, proud, BCBA-owned and operated clinic dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized care to our clients. With several BCBAs consistently on-site, you will always have the direct mentorship, guidance, and supervision you need to succeed. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)or a motivated individual eager to become one to join our clinic-based team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with patients in a stable, collaborative clinic environment. You will implement personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans designed to help clients build independence, develop crucial skills, and thrive. We can provide the comprehensive, 40-hour RBT training program to help qualified, passionate applicants earn their certification. Schedule & Availability We offer a structured, consistent clinic schedule:
    Morning Sessions:
    9:00 AM
    • 1:00 PM (Monday
    • Friday)
    Afternoon Sessions:
    2:00 PM
    • 5:00 PM (Monday
    • Thursday) No Friday afternoon sessions, no weekends Compensation & Benefits
    Starting Pay:
    $20.00 / hour
      Growth:
      Potential for a pay increase after your first 90 days.

        High-quality, consistent supervision hours provided on-site (perfect for those pursuing a BCBA, BCaBA, QBA, or QASP-S).

        Bonuses:
        Eligible for a monthly performance/attendance bonus after 90 days. Key Responsibilities
          Direct Client Therapy:
          Deliver high-quality, 1:1 direct ABA therapy to assigned patients in a clinic setting, implementing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
            Data Collection:
            Accurately monitor, document, and track patient behavior and skill acquisition in real-time using our electronic data logging systems.
              Collaborative Care:
              Actively communicate and collaborate with our on-site team of supervising BCBAs regarding patient progress and care coordination.
                Clinical Compliance:
                Maintain meticulous, confidential, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with industry and company standards.
                  Active Engagement:
                  Use positive reinforcement, play, and creative engagement to build strong rapports with patients while managing challenging behaviors safely. Qualifications & Requirements
                    Certification:
                    Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a strong willingness to complete our company-provided 40-hour RBT training and pass the competency assessment/exam.
                      Education:
                      High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree (or current enrollment) in Psychology, Child Development, Education, or a related human services field is highly preferred.
                        Compliance:
                        Must pass a criminal background check and possess or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
                          Feedback-Driven:
                          Exceptional ability to take, implement, and pivot based on constructive, in-the-moment feedback from supervising BCBAs.
                            Core Skills:
                            Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent critical thinking, and a patient, resilient, and playful attitude. Physical Demands The RBT role is an active, high-energy position. Candidates must be able to meet the following physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation:
                            • Ability to sit on the floor, bend, run, kneel, crawl, and transition quickly from sitting to standing.
                            • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
                            • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
                            Visual and auditory acuity to monitor child safety and accurately record data.
