With competitive hourly pay ($18-$25/hour) , consistent BCBA support, and a collaborative team culture, this is more than just a job—it's a career with purpose. What You'll Do As an RBT at Valcor ABA, you will: Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with accuracy and consistency Collect and record session data to track client progress Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA and clinical team Prepare session materials and adapt to client needs in real time Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings What We're Looking For Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience working with children or individuals with autism (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect accurate data Reliable transportation for local client sessions Availability for afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts Why Join Valcor ABA?
