Job Description

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use evidence-based ABA strategies, and carefully collect data to track each child's progress. You'll collaborate closely with families and a supportive clinical team, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on helping children reach their fullest potential. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and/or center-based settings Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect accurate behavioral and skills data during each session Use evidence-based ABA strategies such as DTT and NETSupport behavior reduction and skill-building goals Collaborate and communicate regularly with supervisors and families Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings Follow safety, ethical, and confidentiality standards Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior intervention plan execution Data collection and progress tracking Use of ABA software/tools Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Behavior management and de-escalation Parent/caregiver collaboration HIPAA and client confidentiality compliance Clinical documentation
