Golden Care Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use evidence-based ABA strategies, and carefully collect data to track each child's progress. You'll collaborate closely with families and a supportive clinical team, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on helping children reach their fullest potential.
