Job Description
RBT - Registered Behavior Technician | Full-Time | Lawrenceville, GA $20-$26+/hour | Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5 PM | No Nights or Weekends About Therapyland Therapyland is one of Atlanta's premier ABA therapy providers, with 4 state-of-the-art clinics offering ABA, OT, PT, Speech, Feeding, and AAC services. Our client waitlist is growing — and we're looking for passionate RBTs to join our team. What We Offer
- $20-$26+/hour starting pay (based on RBT certification date, experience & in-person CPR)
- Guaranteed 42.5-hour work week: All hours paid equally, no deductions for cancellations or admin time as well as options for flexible leave times
- Performance raises as you advance through our tier system + yearly merit raises
- Early access to earned wages before payday
- 4+ weeks of flexible time off + 9 paid holidays
- RBT renewal fees covered annually
- Clinic-only position: no travel required
- No nights or weekends
- Full benefits package for full-time employees Student Analyst Program Currently in a graduate BCBA program?
- Active RBT certification
- Experience with 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision (home, clinic, or school setting)
- Experience working with children ages 2-12 with autism and/or other special needs
- Experience implementing behavior plans and managing problem behaviors
