as a Registered Behavior Technician in Loganville, GA, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a compassionate and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to promote skill development. Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes. Collaborate with team members to develop and adjust treatment strategies. Provide support and guidance to clients in social and community settings. Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress and needs. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others. Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules. Background check.
