Job Description
Make a Difference Every Day Lotus Forward Behavioral Therapy is seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will play a vital role in helping clients build meaningful life skills and reach their full potential. Responsibilities Deliver one on one ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation in a timely manner Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavior management skills Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress and concerns Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines Attend team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development opportunities Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement Meaningful work that creates lasting impact for children and families Remote refers to providing in-home ABA therapy services at the client's residence.
