We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to clients in Macon, Cochran, and Jeffersonville, GA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities achieve their full potential. About the
Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic Implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collecting and documenting data on client progress Collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success Maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required Ability to pass background check Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
