Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Martin, GA. As an RBT with Intellistars ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and their families. About Us At Intellistars ABA, we believe that children learn best in their natural environment, which is why we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to deliver ABA care that lives where the child does, and we are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Job Summary As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing evidence-based ABA therapy plans designed to improve their communication, social, and behavioral skills. You will be responsible for collecting data, reporting outcomes, and collaborating with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy plans in the home setting Collect data and report outcomes to BCBAs Collaborate with BCBAs to modify therapy plans as needed Communicate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between therapy sessions Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress Requirements $25
