Job Description

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans, support behavior reduction and skill-building goals, and collect accurate data to track progress. You will collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and a supportive clinical team in a mission-driven environment that values clinical excellence, strong communication, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and/or center-based settings Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor Collect accurate session data and document progress in a timely manner Support behavior reduction and skill-building goals using evidence-based ABA strategies Collaborate and communicate regularly with supervisors, families, and team members Follow clinical protocols, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback Maintain consistent session schedules and reliable attendance Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior intervention plan execution Data collection and progress tracking Use of reinforcement strategies Behavioral assessment support Session documentation and reporting Collaboration with BCBA/clinical supervisors Parent and caregiver training support Crisis prevention and de-escalation HIPAA and client confidentiality compliance
