Heartlinks ABA GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide compassionate, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. In this field-based role, you will implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA across home, clinic, school, and community settings. Responsibilities include running ABA programs, supporting skill building and behavior reduction, collecting accurate data, and documenting sessions. You'll collaborate with a mission-driven clinical team, receive ongoing training and supervision, and grow your ABA skills while making a direct impact on children and families. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities across home, clinic, school, and community settings. Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans designed by a BCBA. Collect accurate session data, track progress, and document services in required systems. Support functional communication, social skills, daily living skills, and play skills development. Assist in managing challenging behaviors using evidence-based, least-restrictive strategies. Collaborate closely with BCBAs, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members. Communicate professionally with families and caregivers about goals, strategies, and progress as directed. Participate in training, supervision, and performance feedback to build ABA competency. Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical and clinical standards. Follow scheduled sessions reliably, including possible travel between client locations.
