Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -
Community-Based Childcare Setting Location:
Riverdale, GA | Decatur, GA (mileage compensation between locations)
Employment Type:
Full-Time Setting:
Childcare centers and limited home-based services
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, flexible within business hours Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Deliver ABA services within childcare and community-based environments Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to support behavior management and skill development Provide training and guidance to classroom staff and families Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed Participate in team meetings and maintain clinical documentation Support early identification and intervention for developmental and behavioral challenges Population Served Primary age range: 18 months to 5 years old Additional services may include children up to 12 years old Majority of cases involve early intervention and preschool-aged children Work Model Primarily in-person services in childcare settings Limited telehealth used mainly for Parent training and Occasional supervision when necessary BCBAs manage their own schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize travel Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between locations
Compensation Salary Range:
$90,000 - $115,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 Relocation assistance available Performance Bonus available
Qualifications Required:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Eligibility to obtain or maintain GA licensure Strong clinical decision-making and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
Preferred:
