  • Full-Time In-Home ABA Services | Full-Time RBT Positions Available in Alpharetta, Lawrenceville, Cumming, and Gainesville $500 Sign On Bonus Therapy and Learning Center of Georgia is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time ABA positions serving children and families in Alpharetta, Lawrenceville, Cumming, Gainesville, and surrounding areas .
These positions are primarily focused on in-home ABA services . However, because client schedules and authorizations may vary, RBTs may also be assigned to work in a clinic, school, or other approved service setting to support full-time hours and continuity of care. We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and professional RBTs who are committed to helping children build meaningful skills while supporting families with dignity, patience, and respect. Position Summary The Registered Behavior Technician provides direct Applied Behavior Analysis services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The RBT is responsible for implementing behavior support plans, skill acquisition programs, and treatment protocols developed by the supervising clinician. This position requires strong attendance, accurate documentation, professional communication, and the ability to work across home, clinic, and school-based settings as assigned. Available Service Areas We currently have full-time RBT opportunities available in: Alpharetta, GA Lawrenceville, GA Cumming, GA Gainesville, GA Final assignment location will be based on candidate availability, client needs, staffing needs, and business operations. What to Expect This is a full-time role with a primary focus on in-home ABA services. RBTs may be scheduled across more than one approved service setting depending on client needs and schedule availability.
Service settings may include:
Client homes TLC clinic locations School settings Other approved service locations Because this role may involve traveling between service locations during the workday, reliable transportation is required. Primary Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, school, or other approved service settings. Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans as written by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation by the end of each shift. Follow individualized treatment protocols, safety procedures, and behavior support plans. Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and team members. Participate in required supervision, training, and feedback sessions. Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times. Follow Company policies related to attendance, timekeeping, documentation, confidentiality, and reporting. Promptly report safety concerns, incidents, scheduling changes, or clinical questions to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain the RBT credential in good standing and comply with applicable supervision requirements. Schedule This is a full-time position .
General availability needed:
Monday
  • Friday between approximately 8:00 A.
M. and 5:00 P.M. Schedules may vary based on client needs, service location, family availability, school schedules, clinic needs, cancellations, holidays, vacations, and business needs. Required Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing, or ability to obtain and maintain required credentialing if applicable. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work reliably in home, clinic, and/or school-based settings. Ability to follow written treatment plans, behavior protocols, and supervision feedback. Strong communication, professionalism, and documentation skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations. Ability to pass required background check, credentialing review, and other pre-employment requirements. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and Company policies. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience providing ABA services to children. Experience working in home, clinic, school, or community-based ABA settings. Experience using CentralReach or another electronic data collection system. Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability. Comfort working with families and interdisciplinary teams. Compensation $27.00
  • $30.
00 per hour Final pay will be determined based on experience, credentials, internal equity, and business needs. Sign-On Bonus Eligible full-time RBTs may receive a $500 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 90 calendar days of continuous active employment , provided the employee remains actively employed and in good standing at the time of payment. The sign-on bonus is subject to applicable payroll taxes and withholdings.
