Job Description
Job Summary Juntos Therapy is looking to grow our team of passionate and experienced RBTs to provide therapy of the highest clinical quality to our patients. Our RBTs are dedicated to providing children with the skills they need to thrive in a less restrictive setting as soon as possible. We work with patients between the ages of 1-8 years old in home and community settings in the surrounding north Atlanta area. Juntos Therapy was established by two BCBAs with over 20 years of experience in ABA. Juntos was built on the idea of actually doing better for our patients and staff. Both our clinical and operational policies are designed to best support our staff so that they can provide the best quality of services to our patients. Some examples of this include holding our upper level staff accountable to our expectations, ensuring that the clinical expertise of a BCBA is readily available when needed, and maintaining a line of transparency and communication across all departments. Our compensation scale and benefits are reflective of our clinical expectations for staff, with room to grow within the first year of employment based on growth of technical skills. Job Description Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to patients in their homes or other community settings (daycare, school, etc.) Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans as written Prepare for session in advance and leave a clean environment following session times Collect data on client progress throughout session (via CentralReach Mobile) Write SOAP notes daily for therapy sessions Collaborate with BCBA on treatment goals Provide session summary to caregivers Job Requirements Active RBT Certification Clear background check (Optional) Experience with CentralReach data collection software Reliable transportation to and from patient houses Availability Monday-Friday, 8AM-8PM, working hours determined by client schedule, not to exceed 8 hours per day Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, available after 30 days of employment Competitive Pay Paid session support time per day for billable days Optional guaranteed hours pay Skill-based pay scale, with the ability to increase pay within the first 6 months Travel pay per mile between cases Up to 10 vacation days, 3 paid sick days, and 7 paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and a flex holiday) Schedule Monday through Friday 1PM-6PM except Tuesdays 2.15PM-6PM Full-time position of 23.75 billable hours per week Pay Pay increases available to bilingual therapists who speak the language of a current patient Certified RBT starting pay: $25/hr Additional pay increases available upon passing tiered skill-based competency assessments
