Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Director, & BCBA Clinical Coordinator Plans, organizes, and directs the day-to-day operations of the clinic. The clinical coordinator reports to the VP of Clinical Operations and/or CEO and requires a BCBA certification.
Typical Duties:
Organizes the day to day clinical operations of the clinic. Participates in training programs and professional development workshops and conferences. Implements reinforcement plans and organizes performance matrices for team members. Works with team members to correct deficiencies and implements corrective action and discipline. Conducts surveys/studies relevant to organizational management. Completes reports related to recruitment, special programs, and professional development. Assists the clinical leadership team with preparing and monitoring goals. Prepares or coordinates preparation of financial and administrative reports; analyzes and interprets statistics, financial data, and management planning data for predicting resource needs. Assists with the development of long and short-term goals.
Job Requirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst with strong supervisory skills and administrative experience. Current BCBA Certification a must. Successful applicants will have experience in one or more of the following areas: conducting functional behavioral assessments/analyses, developing individualized behavior programs, conducting language assessments (VB-MAPP / ABLLS), and/or implementing verbal behavior programs. Bill 120 clinical hours per month.
Knowledge of:
Discrete trial methods; appropriate strategies and methods for shaping children's behaviors; characteristics of children with autism; Microsoft Excel and data collection, report writing using Excel data, records, management, storage, and retrieval.
Ability to:
Oversee individualized behavior plans, maintain accurate records, and write reports. Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards. Communicate effectively. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with children, parents, teachers, clinicians, supervisors, and other team members. Motivate and ignite a team. Multi-task and analyze data. Exhibit strong administrative and coaching skills. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of standard operating procedures for the company. Lifting requirement range is 5-20 lbs. but may exceed 20 lbs. in some cases. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, in clinic position. Typical days and hours of work are Mon.-Thurs. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fri. 8:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Scheduled vary with location.
Pay Range:
$80,000-$90,000 per year.

Typical Duties:
Perform any combination of the following: work directly 1:1 with children with disabilities as well as provide supervision to Behavior Assistant cases on at least a monthly basis, use a variety of ABA techniques such as discrete trial instruction, natural environment training, reinforcement and punishment to teach a variety of skills pertaining to communication, social interactions, academia, daily living as described in the child's individualized behavior plan (IBP); train others in the implementation of the programs listed above; monitor progress in identified areas, record appropriate data regarding skills acquisition and problem behavior; attend meetings, conferences, journal reviews, and in-services related to job responsibilities and professional development, conduct a variety of assessments as needed. maintain a variety of service-related records and prepare reports related to services provided.
