The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and behavioral health, with a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will be supporting in a school setting, primarily supervising RBT's but also assisting with training and development programs within the RO Health Team. This position will be full time hours in a school setting as we build out the region. Duties
  • Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Implement behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient progress
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the client's care Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and data collection
  • Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
  • Knowledge of special education practices and regulations
