ABA Therapy Services Location:
Savannah, GA Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs). Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis. Modify treatment programs based on clinical outcomes and progress. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical guidelines and ABA best practices. Partner with parents, caregivers, and family members to support treatment goals. Provide caregiver training and education to promote skill generalization across environments. Maintain regular communication regarding client progress and recommendations. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical team members. Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and clinical guidance. Ensure treatment fidelity and quality of care across assigned caseloads. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and insurance-related documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Active state licensure (if required by state regulations). Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies. Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Preferred Previous experience supervising RBTs or other clinical staff. Experience conducting behavioral assessments and treatment planning. Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
