Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Clinic-Based |
Savannah, GA Job Summary:
At Valcor ABA, we are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team in Savannah, GA. As a BCBA with our organization, you will provide clinical oversight, develop and manage treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families of children ages 2-17. Savannah, GA Salary:
$85,000 - $105,000 per year (based on experience & caseload)
Job Description:
As a BCBA with Valcor ABA, you will: Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs Review session data and make data-driven clinical decisions Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements Meet reasonable billable and supervision expectations Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field Strong clinical judgment and data-driven decision-making skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Passion for working with children with autism and their families Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and support RBTs Organized, professional, and collaborative mindset
