This is a brand-new Success On The Spectrum (SOS) center in Smyrna, GA its a total vibe. We're talking sensory-friendly , imagination-encouraging , and bursting with space to work, play, and change lives . Located with easy peasy access to I-285 , our new home base is built for serious behavior science — but make it fun.
WHO WE ARE

SOS is a national franchise that does things a little differently — think nautical-themed centers , play-based therapy, real field trips , and zero boring vibes . We serve up ABA, Speech Therapy, OT, and Social Skills classes in-clinic, in-home, and in schools. And yes, we've got a live parent viewing room — because transparency is kind of our thing.

Job Description:
Work In Center Monday
  • Friday 8:00am
  • 4:00pm Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:00pm
  • 6:30pm Acting Quality Assurance Officer Acting Ethics Officer Conflict Resolution/ Incident Response Weekly Meetings with BCBAs Oversee other BCBAs work and offer support Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc) Create Individualized, research-based client programs Analyze client progress and update programs as needed Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests) Train Interns and Trainers Respond to Insurance Audits Safety Management
QUALIFICATIONS
