Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Benefits Competitive Pay with Automatic Annual Raises - no negotiation required Bonus Opportunities Employee Referral Bonuses Career Advancement Opportunities Structured Supervision & Ongoing Professional Development Supportive, Team-Oriented Clinic Culture Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting Implement individualized treatment plans and skill acquisition programs designed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect accurate, consistent data and complete session documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support client progress Maintain a safe, structured, and positive therapeutic environment during all sessions Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines, ABA Journey policies, and HIPAA requirements Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Compensation and Schedule Pay Range:
$21.60 - $26.10/hour (in-clinic rate) Pay advances automatically each year - no performance review or negotiation required

Based on clinic hours and client scheduling needs
Location:
Stockbridge, Georgia Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism is a plus Must be able to pass a background check Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-first attitude Physical ability to engage actively in clinic-based sessions (kneeling, moving quickly, etc.) Ready to make a meaningful impact?
