Behavior Technician

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behaviors during therapy sessions
• Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients based on their individualized goals
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment implementation
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
