  • Full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) We are seeking full-time BCBA's to provide services in Macon GA & remotely as needed.
Approximately 50% of the position can be accomplished remotely from the comfort of your home or other location. What you'll do: Provide assessment, design, and implement treatment programs and protocol modification Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) to implement treatment plans Provide primary caregiver training and support Other duties as assigned from time to time You need to have: Masters degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of studies Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Completed the 8 hour BACB supervisor training You're able to: Quickly analyze crises and make sound judgments Ethically respond to a variety of behavioral situations Leverage theories and methods into appropriate behavioral strategies Communicate effectively in both oral and written form with a diverse group of clients, caregivers, school personnel, and agency staff Work independently to make decisions within the framework of established guidelines Upon hire, you will have to successfully complete the following trainings:
  • New staff orientation
  • Crisis Intervention Training; renew certification annually
  • First Aid/CPR/AED; renew certifications as needed
