Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support teaching strategies designed to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors Maintain detailed medical documentation and client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards Provide direct behavioral therapy in clinical settings while adhering to professional and ethical guidelines Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD) preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams This role is ideal for passionate individuals eager to develop their skills in applied behavioral analysis while making a positive impact.
