Overview Qualification:

In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement personalized behavior plans and support their developmental progress. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on approved treatment protocols under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Collect and document behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support clients in various settings such as home, school, or community environments by applying ABA techniques tailored to each individual's needs. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of medical records and client information. Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and team members to promote consistency and reinforce positive behaviors across environments. Participate in ongoing training on the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts, medical terminology, and behavior management strategies to enhance service quality. Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or autism spectrum disorder is highly preferred. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols. Strong data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress and documenting interventions accurately. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards. Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, medical terminology, and maintaining HIPAA compliance is advantageous. Home-based behavioral experience or school experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
