$19.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Company Trellis ABA Therapy is a locally owned and operated organization committed to providing neuroaffirming care through the use of child-led and assent based practices. As a values based company we believe in supporting our staff and clients through comprehensive supervision practices and continued education. Position Our Lead Behavior Technicians (LBT) work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) providing direct therapy to children demonstrating skill deficits and behavioral needs. Additionally, LBT's assist BCBAs with assessment, treatment planning, and training. Essential Functions Provide direct therapy Operate online program software Work with BCBA and receive necessary supervision and training Maintain professionalism Implement individualized treatment plans as written and directed by Clinical Supervisor Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients Maintain and protect the wellbeing of all clients Complete ongoing continuing education to meet BACB and/or state regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree in a Human Services or other closely related area (preferred) Enrolled in BCBA or BCaBA university coursework 2 years of experience working in the field of ABA RBT certification (preferred or willingness to obtain) CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain) Must be willing to work within the hours of 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, M-F Active Driver's License and reliable vehicle Ability to pass a background check Benefits Competitive hourly rate Guaranteed hours for client cancellations Paid unrestricted fieldwork hours Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Paid time off Paid drive time Paid breaks Paid Family Leave Concentrated supervision for BACB certifications (No strings attached) 10
