Pay Range:

$22.00 $28.00+ / hour (commensurate with experience) About the RoleProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Caldwell, Idaho to hire a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming school term. In this position, you will provide essential 1:1 or small-group behavioral support to students, executing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the direction of a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key ResponsibilitiesImplement 1:1 behavioral interventions using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Execute student-specific Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and IEP behavioral goals with fidelity.

Collect accurate daily progress data and track behavioral trends using specified recording methods. Encourage positive social interaction, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement.

Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and supervising BCBAs to maintain a supportive learning environment.

QualificationsCertification:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Clearances:

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per district guidelines.

Experience:

Previous experience working with school-aged children or in a pediatric/clinical ABA setting is preferred.

Skills:
