What We're Looking For Passion for helping children and families Reliable, professional, and communicative Willingness to learn and grow Ability to follow structured plans and take feedback Experience in ABA, childcare, or behavioral health is a plus (but not required!) Pay $21.50/hour starting $25-$27/hour for candidates with a bachelor's degree or near completion Opportunities for growth and advancement What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in a community setting Teach communication, behavior, and daily living skills Follow structured lesson plans from a BCBA Use positive reinforcement and behavior strategies Track data and write short session notes Work closely with a professional team in a structured environment Bonus Opportunity Candidates with a bachelor's degree (or close to obtaining one) may have the opportunity to manage a small caseload and grow into higher-level roles.
