Responsibilities:
Provide expert behavior analytic services district-wide, partnering with various school teams. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students. Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust strategies for optimal student outcomes. Offer training and support for staff in applied behavior analysis principles. Ensure compliance with district and professional guidelines.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification is required. Experience working in educational settings or with school-aged children is preferred. PEL is not required for this role. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting diverse student needs.
