We are seeking skilled and dedicated RBTs/BTs to join our team and help support individuals and families through effective, compassionate behavioral services.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized treatment plans and provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA. Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Collect and record accurate data on client progress, behavior, and responses. Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust intervention strategies as needed. Maintain a professional, compassionate, and ethical approach to all interactions. Foster a positive, engaging environment for clients to promote growth and development.
Qualifications:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification. High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred. Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations (within 5-10 miles). Must pass a background check.

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
