Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current BCBA certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings Solid understanding of behavioral analysis principles or comprehensive school psychological practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor intervention strategies tailored to diverse learners Familiarity with IEP processes, behavioral assessments, and data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and participate in evaluations Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans or individualized educational plans Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other related service providers to support student success Offer consultations and training to staff, supporting a positive school climate Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, adhering to school and state guidelines Engage in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute professional expertise to IEP teams
